What would you do if you weren't a Recruiter?

I would probably start a tech business or work for a tech company selling software. I like technology, and I would love to continue in this market.

If you could change one thing about the industry, what would it be and why?

The way recruiters present themselves. We are not salesmen; we are consultants. Clients should see us as valuable resources, not as people trying to get their money with things "they can do themselves".

What is your fondest memory since doing recruitment?

The day I realised I was making enough to support my family and still live a life way more comfortable than anything I could have imagined.
