OUTSIDE OF WORK, TELL US ABOUT you.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in a gym (I love all things fitness) or I’ll be rounding up the girls for endless brunches, dinners and drinks. I love exploring new places but I do have a super chilled side to me too, nothing beats a walk, a good book or a Netflix series on a Sunday.

Favorite Location?

I love travelling so this is a tough one, Sri Lanka is definitely up there. It’s a beautiful country with tonnes of culture.

What would you do if you weren’t a recruiter?

Forensic Psychologist. I studied Psychology at university and was always fascinated by the forensics/criminal side of it all (which led to me being a mentor for young offenders coming out of the system).

What would you change about the industry?

I think there’s so much more we can be doing around D&I, it’s something that’s spoken about a lot in the industry. Actions definitely speak louder than words and there’s a lot of different strategies that can be implemented to make improvements. It’s something we all need to be striving towards!
