Outside of work, tell us about you.

A fun fact is I was 6 ft at 12 years old and have travelled to over 20 countries. Celebrity lookalike (Fabulous) although not sure how true that is.

What’s your favourite location and why?

Rio Brazil, is my favourite location as the food, weather, vibe and waves are second to none.

If you had one superpower, what would it be and why?

A superpower I would love is to read people’s mind to be able to influence the world more positively.

Barack Obama

What got you into recruitment?

Initially I got into recruitment as I was a born seller and love working with people, so was naturally a good option to do both.

What is your fondest memory since doing recruitment?

My Fondest memories are working in Germany and hearing candidates express how different and enjoyable my approach was. This was nice given often then avoided recruiters.

What would you do if you weren't a Recruiter?

If I hadn’t made the journey into recruitment I would have gone into Tech Sales or being a Pilot of if I was not sooooo tall.

What did you want to be as a child?

Growing up I wanted to be a fighter pilot!

Caribbean and Brazilian

If you could change one thing about the industry, what would it be and why?

If I could change something in the industry, it would be the way recruiters are seen and work to improve transparency to help build better trust and partnerships.
